Online Customer Services Representative (CSR)

 

Job Description:

 

·         Experience in handling customer queries/complaints/service requests in a customer service

·         industry.

·         Deals with customer’s queries, complaints, requests,s, and suggestions in accordance with the established procedures and operating instructions.

·         Abides by the established adherence policy. Provides consistent quality service by telephone, email, etc.…

·         Highlights to the immediate supervisor the key issues and follow up as required to resolve the issues.

·         Exhibits diplomacy when dealing with or addressing all customers’ calls Show politeness,   poise, and dignity in handling calls.

·         Has a good attendance and work record including punctuality and reliability. Attends shift work as assigned to ensure continuity in Contact Center service operations.

 

Qualifications

1-    Bachelor’s degree.

2-    Minimum 3 years experience in handling customer complaints, queries, and requests in a Contact Centre for a customer-oriented organization.

3-    Skilled at using contact center systems - CRM.

4-    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

5-    Native Arabic speaker with excellent knowledge of English language skills which include:

 listening, speaking, writing, and reading.

6-    Ability to work under pressure & ability to meet tight deadlines.
