To provide office support for business with regards to the client meetings, pre-qualifications, company registrations, company presentations/brochures, experience lists and other related documents.

Responsibilities |
- Pre-qualification compilation based on Client requirements o Interfacing with various departments to gather information required o Ensure the data is reviewed by other departments as required o Ensuring the submission is done in accordance with the client requirements o Keep record of all communication (internal & external) - Register and maintain company information on Client’s websites such as Ariba, Maximo, JSRS etc. - Maintain a log for the enquiries, market surveys and pre-qualifications - Maintain the folders for the enquiries, market surveys and pre-qualifications - Creating company presentations - Assist in maintaining the Salesforce database m - Compile Meeting notes where applicable - Assist in exhibitions and marketing events

Job Requirements |

Educational Qualifications |
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Engineering/Technical |
Relevant Experience |
- Minimum 15 years of experience in BD related roles. mandatory - Pre-qualifications and Registrations experience. mandatory - Logging of prospects/projects and document management - Well versed with MS office tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Outlook. mandatory - Sales force, SharePoint & Mail merge knowledge is an advantage |
Key Competencies |
- Good Written Communication Skill - Good MS Excel, MS Word & Outlook skills - Time management - Willingness to work late hours (when required) |
