Business Consultant- Credit Risk Solutions
The position will be inserted into the “Credit Solutions” Business Unit with the aim to support the growth of Credit Risk Management solutions (Consulting, Analytics, and Software) business in the Middle-east, with
specific focus, at least initially, on UAE.
Leveraging on client account managers and/or local partners for sales and on client group range of solutions and delivery competence Centers, the Consultant will be involved in presales, consulting, and project supervision, with direct exposure to the client’s senior management.
The position will be based in Dubai, with some traveling outside UAE.
Lead, in collaboration with sales teams and local partners, the market potential evaluation and
definition of the development strategy
Contribute to defining the target offering catalog for all the Credit solutions in alignment with the
other client services (Business Information, BPO...)
Play an active role in business development, presales support for client Credit Solutions business line.
be involved in client management, business requirements, and definition of the optimal solutions to propose
Contribute and supervise the delivery of risk management, predictive analytics, and related solutions
Participate in the internal processes of knowledge sharing and product/service innovation
Assure the training and professional development of the colleagues assigned
SKILLS & Qualifications
University degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering; MBA is a plus
8+ years experience in Consulting firms, Credit bureaus, Credit management, or risk management
Solutions providers in roles of consultant, presales, or business development.
Proficiency in Credit Scoring methodologies
Deep knowledge of Credit Bureau data and value-added products and services built on top of the
Bureau data assets
Extensive knowledge of consumer and SME credit products and credit management processes.
Flexibility and ability in working on multiple tasks at once, being able to revise, if necessary, fixed
priorities, work under time pressure when needed;
Capability to gain respect, build trust and develop good relationships with clients at top management
Entrepreneurial approach results orientation. Very strong problem-solving skills
Fluent in the English language. Arabic speaker is preferred.
